Royal Siberian Caviar:
An amazing colour, a roe size of between 2,5- 2,8 mm. A normal Baerii would be between 2-2,3 mm, and a Royal Baerii would normally be between 2,3- 2,5 mm. The salt level is right where it should be, about 7 (on our 1-10 scale).
This caviar will quickly become one of the favourites and during tasting became very popular.
Store in the coldest part of the fridge (Back of the bottom shelf). 4 months shelf-life. Once opened use within 3 days.
