Bigger is better. 1 kg of some of the most delicious caviar's available.
With prices looking to rise again, and deliveries looking a little shaky, we are putting all our efforts into ensuring that not only do we have enough products, but that they get delivered Next-day.
There is no doubt that prices are set to go up in November as demand for Quality foods overtakes the availability. We refuse to make do with a lesser product, so are ordering as much as possible here in October, delivery by end of November/early December. This way we can also avoid the worst of the prices rises.
We want to ensure that we have enough products to supply all our customers, so we are hereby offering you to pre-order your caviar. Get 20% off, and pay over 3 payments. Pay 1/3 on ordering, 1/3 early-mid November, and the final 1/3 the week prior to delivery.
If you decide to cancel prior to delivery then you get 100% of the received payments returned with 3 days.
After 2nd payments you can decide to get half of your order delivered, and the 2nd half after the 3rd/final payment.
You can also mix & match tin sizes between 50/125/250 gr tins.
The caviar has 4 month's shelf life and must be stored in the coolest part of the fridge,, which is normally back of the bottom shelf.

Royal Baerii Caviar (Siberian Sturgeon) Price £1045. - 20%= £834. (3 x £278.)
This is a high quality product and it's worth every penny. Nice creamy aftertaste, a bit less salty and a roe size between 2,4-2,8 mm. You really can’t go wrong with the Royal Baerii.
Royal Siberian Caviar ( Siberian Sturgeon). £1129. 20% off =£903. (3 x £301)
It doesn't look like a Baerii, and it doesn't taste like a traditional Baerii. But we promise it is. This producer prefers to wait for 2nd harvest and deliver a product that blows the competition out of the water. What you get is a transformation that is truly worth waiting for. This is the equivalent to what's called a "Vintage " year in the wine industry. An amazing colour, a roe size of between 2,5- 2,8 mm. A normal Baerii would be under 2 mm, and a Royal Baerii would normally be under 2,5 mm. The salt level is right where it should be, about 7 (on our 1-10 scale).
Asetra/Ossetra is Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fish are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites.
Freshwater Beluga Hybrid caviar: £1179. 20% off = £943. ( 3 x £314).
This has to be the customer’s favourite caviar type. This Sturgeon can reach up to 160 years of age. This is a Hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga and the Amur Sturgeon. Matures much later and hence more expensive. We have many customers that believe thou that it's worth that bit more to get a high grade quality product.2,4-2,8mm roe, a grey silver shimmer and a slightly harder shell that pops in your mouth with an amazingly creamy aftertaste. If you ever feel that you need to try a caviar for the first time, then Beluga is worth it. Give it a try, spoil yourself.
Freshwater Beluga Hybrid "Gold". £1349. 20% off = £1079 ( 3 x £359).
The FBH "gold label" is gold-green in colour, a bit bigger (2,5-2,9 mm) than the traditional FBH and a tad creamier. It also has a bit more pop on the tongue. This is a hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga (Huso Dauricus) and the Amur Sturgeon (Ascipensar Schrenkii). There is no doubt that this will be just as popular as the traditional, if not more so. You get a lot of caviar for your money. We also offer a duo set so you can compare and find your favourite.
Superior Freshwater Beluga: £1478 . 20% off = £1182 (3 x £394).
This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste; that is why we believe that this soon will dethrone the hybrid and will become our best seller as the quality/price ratio is astounding. Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!
Superior Freshwater Beluga Gold:

Yes, it's back. This is one half of our most popular caviar's . The other half being the Superior Freshwater Beluga. so imagine these 2 stunning caviar's alone. Or in this case together. This caviar has an amazing round creamy taste, a light colour and a nice size roe. about 2,8-3,4 mm. You will love this caviar. It was extremely popular last me had it. I'ts lighter in colour than many other caviar's and will quickly become a favorite.
