Bigger is better. 1 kg of some of the most delicious caviar's available. We know it can difficult to plan ahead,

Royal Baerii Caviar (Siberian Sturgeon)

This is a high quality product and it's worth every penny. Nice creamy aftertaste, a bit less salty and a roe size between 2,4-2,8 mm. You really can’t go wrong with the Royal Baerii.

Royal Siberian Caviar:

An amazing colour, a roe size of between 2,5- 2,8 mm. A normal Baerii would be between 2-2,3 mm, and a Royal Baerii would normally be between 2,3- 2,5 mm. The salt level is right where it should be, about 7 (on our 1-10 scale).

This caviar will quickly become one of the favourites and during tasting became very popular.

Asetra/Oscietra Caviar "Directors Choice":

Asetra/Ossetra is Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fish are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites.

Freshwater Beluga Hybrid caviar:

This has to be the customer’s favourite caviar type. This Sturgeon can reach up to 160 years of age. This is a Hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga and the Amur Sturgeon. Matures much later and hence more expensive. We have many customers that believe thou that it's worth that bit more to get a high grade quality product.2,4-2,8mm roe, a grey silver shimmer and a slightly harder shell that pops in your mouth with an amazingly creamy aftertaste. If you ever feel that you need to try a caviar for the first time, then Beluga is worth it. Give it a try, spoil yourself.

Freshwater Beluga Hybrid "Gold".

The FBH "gold label" is gold-green in colour, a bit bigger (2,5-2,9 mm) than the traditional FBH and a tad creamier. It also has a bit more pop on the tongue. This is a hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga (Huso Dauricus) and the Amur Sturgeon (Ascipensar Schrenkii). There is no doubt that this will be just as popular as the traditional, if not more so. You get a lot of caviar for your money. We also offer a duo set so you can compare and find your favourite.

Superior Freshwater Beluga:

This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste; that is why we believe that this soon will dethrone the hybrid and will become our best seller as the quality/price ratio is astounding. Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

Superior Freshwater Beluga Gold:

Pure Huso Dauricus (Freshwater Beluga) gold and shimmering in colour, over 3 mm roe size, and what a taste. This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste. We believe we have an amazing selection of caviar. But the Superior Freshwater is really something else. We have only had fantastic feedback, but we want everyone to try this lovely caviar.Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

Imperial Amur Caviar:

Yes, it's back. This is one half of our most popular caviar's . The other half being the Superior Freshwater Beluga. so imagine these 2 stunning caviar's alone. Or in this case together. This caviar has an amazing round creamy taste, a light colour and a nice size roe. about 2,8-3,4 mm. You will love this caviar. It was extremely popular last me had it. I'ts lighter in colour than many other caviar's and will quickly become a favorite.

Royal Beluga:

This is the best of the Best. Not just a Beluga but the king of Beluga. Every now and then you get a Sturgeon that gives some amazing perfect eggs. These are normally over 2,8mm in size .
