Fresh and delicious roasted smoked Scottish Salmon from the Highlands of Scotland.
All our smoked salmon products are made by Cluny Fish & Shetland Smokehouse. a small family run business in the small in Scottish town of Buckie. The Paterson Family have been smoking fish for over 50 years , (0Fish)..and are known to be one of the best smokehouses in Scotland.
Suggestion for an amazing snack: Blinis or small toast triangles. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese, a small slice of Smoked or roasted Salmon topped with Asetra or Freshwater Beluga Caviar. Or with scrambled egg served on chunky pieces of toast and break the Roast Salmon into flakes and layer across the top of the egg, sprinkle with crushed pepper and fresh lemon. ( We like a small amount of mayonnaise as well).
