Freshwater Beluga Hybrid gold
One of the best caviar on the market to date, a hybrid of the Acipenser Schrenkii combined with the Huso Dauricus Sturgeon. that take 6-7years to mature. This caviar normally has a Green/Brown colour until harvested. Every now and then ( 1 out of 100) the Sturgeon produces an Amber/gold coloured roe. With it's low to medium salt level (5-6) this is a popular caviar for those that are trying caviar for the first time, or that aren't too keen on the mature/saltier caviar's.

.One of our favourite caviars the roe ranges from 2.6mm to 2.9mm in size, Amazing all round creamy taste with medium salt level (approx 6-7), and a slightly nutty aftertaste.
Imperial Amur Caviar:
From the Amur, or Japanese Sturgeon, a lighter coloured fish which also reflects i the colour of the roe. And often you can say that the lither roe's do have a somewhat milder taste.
