It doesn't look like a Baerii, and it doesn't taste like a traditional Baerii. But we promise it is. This producer prefers to wait for 2nd harvest and deliver a product that blows the competition out of the water. What you get is a transformation that is truly worth waiting for. This is the equivalent to what's called a "Vintage " year in the wine industry. An amazing colour, a roe size of between 2,5- 2,8 mm. A normal Baerii would be under 2 mm, and a Royal Baerii would normally be under 2,5 mm. The salt level is right where it should be, about 7 (on our 1-10 scale).  

Asetra/Ossetrais also known as the Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fish are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites. All our caviar is Farmed and sustainable. One of the best caviar on the market to date, a hybrid of the Acipenser Schrenkii combined with the Huso Dauricus Sturgeon. Two of the best Sturgeon in the world that not only takes 10 years to mature, in turn producing a magnificent sizeable shimmering silver Roe, a favourite amongst caviar connoisseurs around the world.

Yes, it's back. This is one half of our most popular caviar's . The other half being the Superior Freshwater Beluga. so imagine these 2 stunning caviar's alone. Or in this case together. This caviar has an amazing round creamy taste, a light colour and a nice size roe. about 2,8-3,4 mm. You will love this caviar. It was extremely popular last me had it. I'ts lighter in colour than many other caviar's and will quickly become a favorite. 

Superior Freshwater Beluga Gold

 This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste. We believe we have an amazing selection of caviar. But the Superior Freshwater is really something else. We have only had fantastic feedback, but we want everyone to try this lovely caviar.Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

All our caviar has 3 months shelf-life and is shipped off in a poly box with ice-packs to keep it chilled for up to 3-4 days.
