Our 2 newest types of Caviar. How can we ask you to choose. ? They are both amazing and very more'ish.
The "Royal Sterling" Oscietra Caviar. You want the freshest caviar available, well here it is. You want something with extra taste and a bigger size roe. Well, look no further.
Asetra - Ossetra (Russian Sturgeon) is also known as the Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fishes are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites. All of our caviar is farmed and sustainable.
We are an eco-friendly London based caviar company who aim to be (nearly) 100% plastic-free by end of the year.
The new "IMPERIAL 2021 Harvest Royal Siberian Caviar" This caviar is exceptional. The traditional Siberian Sturgeon, or Baerii is the most common of all the known/popular Caviar types. Where as I would nevver knock the qualiy of the this caviar, it tends to have the smallest roe, and is a very good Caviar for the price. I have come across few that really impress. Our present Royal Baerii & Royal Siberian are 2 of those.
We came across a small producer who like all producers praised his own products. We thought, "yea yea, lets see". We received samples of the 2 products that he offers.
Well, I had to call him up and apologise. They were stunning. All 5 people at the tasting that afternoon agreed: both caviar's were very impressive. As it was the last of the season, and their over all production is so low, we basically purchased what they had.
But don't take our word for it. Try then for your self.
What's to say no to. We promise: You will love it.
