Nutritional Facts (See bottom of page).

Beluga White (3 months shelf-life).

The Freshwater Beluga White Caviar comes from eggs that are hatched once in every several thousands of Sturgeon. Also known as the Albino. Lighter in color than most freshwater Caviars. This Caviar is derived from Freshwater Beluga Surgeon (Huso Dauricus). It's the white version of our Superior Freshwater Beluga. Larger in size than the traditional Freshwater with a unique taste.

Royal Beluga (3 Months Shelf-life).

This is the best of the best. Not just a beluga but the king of Beluga. These small dark grey eggs with their creamy aftertaste and light popping sensation are the ultimate Caviar experience. The Huso Huso (Beluga) sturgeon doesn't mature until it's about 12 years old, hence the price. The roe is over 3 mm in size.  You can't get any better than this. Once only reserved for Royalty, now everyone should try it at least once.

Superior Freshwater Beluga (4 Months shelf-life)

This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste; that is why we believe that this soon will dethrone the hybrid and will become our best seller as the quality/price ratio is astounding. Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

Superior Freshwater Beluga Gold (4 Months shelf-life)

This caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste. We believe we have an amazing selection of caviar. But the Superior Freshwater is really something else. We have only had fantastic feedback, but we want everyone to try this lovely caviar.Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

Freshwater Beluga Hybrid "Gold label" (4 months shelf-life).

The FBH "gold label" is gold-green in colour, a bit bigger than the traditional FBH and a tad creamier. It also has a bit more pop on the tongue. There is no doubt that this will be just as popular as the traditional. We offer a duo set so you can compare and find your favourite.

Freshwater Beluga Hybrid (4 Months shelf-life)

This has to be the customer’s favourite caviar type. This Sturgeon can reach up to 160 years of age. This is a Hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga and the Amur Sturgeon. Matures much later and hence more expensive. We have many customers that believe that it's worth that bit more to get a high grade quality product. 2,4 - 2,8mm roe, a grey silver shimmer and a slightly harder shell that pops in your mouth with a creamy aftertaste. If you ever feel that you need to try a caviar for the first time, then Beluga is worth it. Give it a try, spoil yourself.

Imperial Amur Caviar (4 Months shelf-life)

The Amur sturgeon(Acipenser Schrenckii ) is right in-between the Asetra(Ossietra) and the Freshwater Beluga. This is a lovely middle of the road caviar, and not that known at the moment, we hope to change that. A lovely size roe, gold-green in colour and has an amazing creamy aftertaste. This caviar will quickly become one of the favourites and during tastings became very popular.

Asetra/Oscietra Caviar (4 Months shelf-life)

Asetra is Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fish are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites. Caviar Classic import directly from the producer passing the savings on to the consumer.

Royal Baerii Caviar(4 Months shelf-life)

This is a high quality product and it's worth every penny. Nice creamy aftertaste, a bit less salty and a roe size between 2,4 - 2,8 mm. You really can’t go wrong with the Royal Baerii.

Classic Oscietra Caviar (4 Months shelf-life)

Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The Classic Astra is a smaller roe and not quite the maturity that the "Director's Choice" has. But still has the unique nutty taste that defines this amazing caviar. This is a price that you can;'t refuse.

Royal Siberian Caviar (4 Months shelf-life)

This caviar is exceptional. The new Royal Siberian Caviar. Don't miss the chance to try this delicious Caviar at an amazing introductory price. It doesn't look like a Baerii, and it doesn't taste like a traditional Baerii. But we promise it is. This producer prefers to wait for 2nd harvest and deliver a product that blows the competition out of the water. What you get is a transformation that is truly worth waiting for. This is the equivalent to what's called a "Vintage " year in the wine industry. An amazing colour, a roe size of between 2,5- 2,8 mm. A normal Baerii would be under 2 mm, and a Royal Baerii would normally be under 2,5 mm. The salt level is right where it should be, about 7 (on our 1-10 scale).

Salmon Keta Caviar (6 Months shelf-life)

These pearls of joy from the Keta Salmon. Large in size, about 3,4 - 3,6 mm. Juicy with a very pleasant popping sensation in your mouth. This is one of the best alternatives to Sturgeon caviar. We offer only the best quality and something we can stand by as a high end product.

Colourful Edition of Tobiko Caviar (6 Months shelf-life)

Like all our products we can offer the Tobiko for retail/wholesale. Get in touch and have a chat.

Caviar is good for body, mind and well..other parts too!

Full of omega-3, Vitamins and well..loads of minerals.

It is widely know that caviar is known as brain-food and also has many health benefits and several of our customers eat it for those reasons, but did you also know that it has other benefits?

A delicacy reserved for the occasional indulgence, caviar is a decadent, rich food that has high levels of sodium and cholesterol. However, according to nutritionists, small amounts of caviar have many health benefits. And when it comes to optimal sexual health, it all starts with a healthy body. Besides its luxurious taste and texture, these savory pearls of the sea are treasured around the world for its ability to invigorate the libido and support a healthy sex drive.

Because caviar is a type of egg, it contains the same vitamins that chicken eggs have, including B5 and B6, which help balance hormone levels essential for a healthy sex drive. Similar to chicken eggs, caviar is a good source of easily digested lean proteins, which provides the fuel for sustained energy required for sexual activity. Caviar is even more nutritious than poultry eggs because these luxurious diamonds of the ocean contain L–Arginine, an amino acid, which helps increase circulation and blood flow throughout the body, including the sex organs.

Caviar is also a good source of vitamin B12, riboflavin, and calcium, all which help maximize energy levels before sex, making it the perfect food for getting you and your lover in the mood for romance. These delectable pearls also contain substantial amounts of Vitamin D, a cholesterol–derived steroid hormone that is not only essential for bone strength and mental health but also balances testosterone levels along with Vitamins B5 and B6. It also nourishes and enhances nerve cells, which are important for heightening romantic feelings.

Caviar is an opulent, indulgent food high in fat and cholesterol, but its enhancement of the libido will help you work off the calories later in the boudoir. Pair it with champagne for added hints of sweetness and to cleanse the palate with vibrant, crisp bubbles. When you serve caviar at your next candlelit dinner, get ready to take your sex life--and taste buds--to the next level.
