Classic Baerii: This is the cheapest form for real caviar. Partly due to the fact that the younger sturgeon is more available. Small black eggs, with a firm shell and a pleasant aftertaste means that this is a very popular caviar. Very reasonably priced as well.

Royal Baerii: This is a high quality product and it's worth every penny. Nice creamy aftertaste, a bit less salty and a roe size between 2,4-2,8 mm. You really can’t go wrong with the Royal Baerii.

Imperial Amur Caviar: This is our newest Caviar. The Amur sturgeon(Acipenser Schrenckii ) is right in-between the Asetra(Ossietra) and the Freshwater Beluga. A lovely size roe, gold-green in colour and has an amazing creamy aftertaste. This caviar will quickly become one of the favourites and during tastings became very popular.

Asetra/Ossietra/Oscietra: Asetra/Ossietra is Russian style caviar of a higher grade than the Baerii. The eggs are a bit bigger as the fish are harvested when they are older, more mature. This is still a real caviar and doesn't have to be a luxury item anymore. A light nutty aftertaste and a firm roe, this is one of our favorites.

Freshwater Beluga Hybrid: This has to be the customer’s favourite caviar type. This Sturgeon can reach up to 160 years of age. This is a Hybrid of the Freshwater Beluga and the Amur Sturgeon. Matures much later and hence more expensive. We have many customers that believe thou that it's worth that bit more to get a high grade quality product.2,4-2,8mm roe, a grey silver shimmer and a slightly harder shell that pops in your mouth with an amazingly creamy aftertaste. If you ever feel that you need to try a caviar for the first time, then Beluga is worth it. Give it a try, spoil yourself.

Superior Freshwater BelugaThis caviar comes from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon (also called Freshwater Beluga). It is the biggest freshwater sturgeon around. With a 3.2 - 3.5 mm roe, the shell is even bigger and harder than our customers' favourite caviar (The Freshwater Beluga Hybrid), pops in your mouth and has that well known creamy aftertaste; that is why we believe that this soon will dethrone the hybrid and will become our best seller as the quality/price ratio is astounding. Try it for yourself and you will be left pleasantly surprised!

Royal Iranian Beluga: This is the best of the Best. Not just a Beluga but the king of Beluga. Every now and then you get a Sturgeon that gives some amazing perfect eggs. These are normally over 2,8mm in size .
Our Royal Beluga are farmed just by the Caspian sea in Iran. It can't get any better than that. They are very rare and sought-after.
