Foie Gras Grolière was founded in 1960 by Jeanne Grolière in France and is now led by her two sons making it a family business. They consider themselves artisans and “sculptors of flavour”, being one of the most renowned and recognised Foie Gras creators in the country. And they are right!
The block of duck foie gras differs from the whole counterparts as whilst they retain the same delicious aromas, the blocks are a unique recipe combining multiple types of foie gras.
