Lets be honest. We don't like Caviar. WE LOVE IT !!. Maybe that's why we have such a wide selection. But to get to these specific Caviar's we kiss a lot of frogs. For every caviar you see below, we taste at least 4-5 others. and not that the others were bad. Just that these better;) . We want to be a market leader in the Caviar industry. We had to fight to get where we are, and we did it with product quality, fair pricing and exceptional customer service. Can our Popular Freshwater Beluga caviar get any better?

To be honest I didn't think so. It's been our biggest seller since we started 6 years ago. Consistent and reliable all the way thru. The we started selling the Superior Freshwater Beluga. Pure Huso Dauricus, not a hybrid. Again another hit, the only problem was that this caviar costs nearly the same as the Royal Beluga (huso Huso). Personally I believe that the Freshwater is just as good, if not a tad better than the Royal Beluga. Bigger roe, a bit less salt and a lot of velvety creaminess on your tongue. Pure bliss. Caviar of the Month. February: Superior Freshwater Beluga. A stunner.

This is a less known Caviar, but from the feedback and tastings we have been doing over the last 8 months there is no doubt, this is a truly amazing caviar. When we ell people that the Superior Freshwater Beluga Caviar is from China, many come with a slight frown. The General impression is hat the Chinese can't really make proper caviar. But the truth is that a lot of the worlds best caviar comes from China nowadays.
