We are celebrating our 5th Birthday with a thank you.

Well,Honestly, our 5th Birthday was back in December, but we were so busy then that we didn't really have to to do  much about it. So  we decided to  have it again, at the beginning of May.  Like most of our ideas, this one is a bit whacky too. Caviar of the Month. February: Superior Freshwater Beluga. A stunner.

This is a less known Caviar, but from the feedback and tastings we have been doing over the last 8 months there is no doubt, this is a truly amazing caviar. When we ell people that the Superior Freshwater Beluga Caviar is from China, many come with a slight frown. The General impression is hat the Chinese can't really make proper caviar. But the truth is that a lot of the worlds best caviar comes from China nowadays.
