Our newest Beluga caviar. It’s stunning, it’s delicious and it’s not cheap!

Imperial Beluga Reserve.
Most caviar’s have a roe size of between 2,0 – 2,8. The Baerii, Oscietra, Hybrid’s and so on. The traditional Beluga’s will be about 2,8-3,2 mm. The Good Beluga’s mite even stretch to 3,5 mm. But have you ever seen a Beluga roe of 3,8-4,0 mm? WEll, we have found one. It’s truly stunning. And there is quite a lot of truth in the saying “size does matter”!
Wow, the taste is very impressive, a lot more pop and much creamier than most other Beluga’s. And don’t be put off by the fact that it’s from Bulgaria. I was very skeptical when I first found out where it was from. But generally it’s a cost issue. Obviously when talking about a quality product production costs can be very high, and run into millions. Being able to find a location where you can cut away many of those costs and concentrate on producing a high quality product is a gamble. But these guys have done it.
I have tasted Caviar from just about all over the world. Like good wines what you put into it, the local environment and a simple thing such as water, feed and time will determine what you get out of it.
Caviar producers have really started upping their game over the last 5 years and now the results are begging to bear fruit.
Anyway, back to this stunning Imperial Beluga Reserve. Over 4 mm roe, a lovely shimmering metallic colour and a taste that just makes you want more. If you can afford it then here it is. But yes, it’s not cheap. This caviar has taken years of patience and hard work to create. And with a kilo price of over £5,000 you really have to love caviar to be able to afford it. If you can then you get a product that is stunning and worth every penny.

Delivery time is between 2-4 days. Unless you really need it, then we can deliver same day.
